What an amazing and quiet place facing the sea and with hills on the back ! The house and the pool are so clean, easy to use (with many items that travelers will enjoy). Great location to move around to very nice beaches. The owner is very careful to welcome you in the best way (starter kit and welcome gifts) and to guide you through your stay.

It was a perfect Sanctuary after a bad storm and the mixed weather after it. One of the nicest, cleanest villas we've ever stayed in, we couldn't fault it. Fantastic host and very hospitable. Beautiful views in a lovely traditional, quiet area. Perfect for families.

Giorgos is a very god host and the residence is amazing. The accommodation is very modern and everything is very clean. As a welcome gift we get some fresh fruits, wine, raki and snacks. On one day the parents of Giorgos brought us fresh oranges. There is many epuipment for the kitchen incl. washing tabs etc. The beds are comfortable. When you leave the accommodation, you will always remember the view from the balcony, its really a nice panoramaview. With the Taxi it is 8min to kissamos city and cost round about 10€. Giorgos gave us a very good recommendation for the "Gramboussa Restaurant", the food was the best we ate in Kreta, very delicious. The location give you a good startingpoint to vitis some nice beaches like Balos beach or Falasarna. There is a little beach near the house, its 10min by foot or 3 min with car. Kissamos is a lovely city with some nice bars and nice local people. For more action you can visit Chania, its 40min with Taxi in cost round about 50-60€. The private pool was clean and a pleasure on hot days. Certainly we will come back to this place. We stayed with 4 people in this residence and all of us give a clear recommend.
