This cozy holiday apartment is located on a sunny hillside in Mittersill in the Salzburg region and offers a wonderful view over the town. It is situated on the 2nd floor and is modern and brightly designed. The spacious living area invites you to relax, and the beautiful balcony extends the living space outdoors – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in the sun or ending the day in comfort. You also have your own infrared sauna at your disposal.
A special highlight: the apartment is located on a working farm, making it perfect for families and children. Cows, rabbits, cats, a pig, ducks, and chickens live on the farm, offering an unforgettable experience for young animal lovers.
The location is ideal all year round. The ski bus, which takes you directly to the Kitzbühel ski area, stops just 300 meters away. In winter, you can also go tobogganing or cross-country skiing. In summer, the surrounding nature invites you to explore beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
