About this villa rental
Chalet Sedes is a charming Mallorcan villa with beautiful mountain views, set in a wonderfully peaceful area just a short walk from the Ses Fonts Ufanes Nature Reserve. Here you can truly switch off and enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, whether you are travelling with family or friends.
As you step inside, you will find a bright open-plan space combining the kitchen with the living and dining area. The atmosphere is pleasantly rustic, with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and white walls that create a fresh, airy feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need to cook comfortably during your holiday.
The living room offers comfortable sofas and a Smart TV - ideal for unwinding after a day out, watching a film or simply enjoying a good book. In addition, there is free wifi throughout the house.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, arranged in a practical way for families or groups. Next to the kitchen, on the right, there is a bedroom with two single beds. Opposite, you will find a bedroom with a 1.35 m bed intended for single use. The house also features another single bedroom, ideal for anyone who prefers a quieter, more private space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, providing extra comfort during your stay.
All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning in the bedrooms is scheduled from 21:00 to 08:00. The living room air conditioning operates from 08:00 to 21:00.
From the kitchen/dining area, a door opens onto the terrace, partly covered with a reed roof—perfect for breakfast or outdoor meals. Outside you will also find a laundry area and a large built-in brick barbecue, as well as a portable barbecue so you can cook wherever you prefer.
The exterior stands out for its stone details and the private swimming pool with open views of the surrounding landscape. The pool is fenced, making it a convenient option for families with children, and there are sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A car is recommended, and there is plenty of outdoor space for parking.
Chalet Sedes is just minutes from Ses Fonts Ufanes, and a short drive from the Caves of Campanet and the village of Campanet, where you will find cafés, traditional restaurants, bars and local shops. If you fancy a day out, the old town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Alcudia are around 20 minutes away by car; Puerto Pollença and Playa de Muro are at a similar distance.
The cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking. The tourist tax is included in the online price.

The location was idyllic and the house is exactly as advertised.
Lovely pool area and outside terrace for dining al fresco.
Good kitchen facilities.
Way too much chlorine in the pool (three tabs were used instead of just one).
Not enough instruction is provided as to where / how to dispose of rubbish. More details and opening hours of the nearest recycling point would be helpful.
The aircon needs to come on earlier in the evening to allow for people to get ready to go out.

We travelled as a family of 6. All adults. A car was needed and what we expected as we wanted a relaxing week away, but was easy to travel to other areas.
The villa was as shown in photos and we all enjoyed our time there and if you want a relaxing time, I would recommend a stay here.
I think at least one more parasol around pool as one was just not enough to have shade if we all sat out. The porch for outside eating was welcome though

The nature, the quietness, the swimming pool, the house.
It will be nice that the street that goes to the house will be a paved road. The welcome basket is nice, but some things not really practical (or enough) if you are staying for 2 weeks. I think is beter to save the money of the welcome basket and invest that money in common products like: big bottle of soap to clean the dishes, big bottle of olive oil for everybody, kitchen paper, soap to clean the hands in the kitchen, soap for the washmachine, bags for the garbage...

Quelle belle surprise ! Une très jolie maison dans un havre de paix. Pour notre premier séjour nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont grands et propres. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances tranquilles. Bien sur il est necessaire d'avoir un vehicule mais nous recherchions le calme. De la réservation à notre départ tout a été parfait et owl booking à toujours répondu à nos questions. Merci à eux.
Nous reviendrons certainement.
