The real fun begins in the middle of the yard. With an area of 26.25m2, the pool provides enough comfort for a small group of people who can enjoy the fun while 6 sun loungers are available to anyone who wants to get tanned in the summer months. Istria has a lot of sunny days, so it would not be a bad thing to watch out for and use a protective cream.
The small lawn between these two houses gives natural charm to the whole story with 4 parking spaces around the yard area with a total square of 641m2.
We walk into the inside of the right house and enter the living room connected to the dining area. The Air Conditioning, a 4-seater dining table, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen LCD TV with satellite channels make up a very charming combination of space where you will spend one part of a day. The kitchen is right next to the living room, separated and equipped with: - dishwasher - stove (glass ceramic) - refrigerator + freezer - oven - coffee machine - toaster - kettle - kitchen clothes From the living room, we enter the first bedroom with a double bed and then go through the hallway to the first bathroom and the second bedroom with a double bed, attached to its EN-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms consist of a toilet, a shower and a mirror + 1 washing machine for all.
The second house (left) with a very similar arrangement of furniture quickly accustoms every guest to the comfort and warmth of the family home. Main common room consists of a living room, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, and a mini kitchen where you can certainly prepare some more demanding dishes.
