Beautiful newly refurbished designer flat in the heart of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With capacity for 2 people, broadband Wifi Internet, 55'' 4K smart TV and a large communal roof terrace, where you can telework and enjoy the sunset while watching the old town. This property is perfect for both holidays and business trips. This accommodation is NON-smoking.With capacity for 2 people, one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and Wifi fibre internet and 55'' 4K TV. With a large communal rooftop terrace with Internet access, accessed via a spiral staircase, full of magical corners where you can disconnect.
Located in an exceptional area, very close walking distance to the main points of interest of the city, with all the services around such as the Starbucks coffee shop and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car. The flat is on the first floor with no lift, the last flight of stairs being a spiral staircase, making it unsuitable for bulky luggage.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bed linen, smart TV, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair and fiber Wifi Internet. The roof terrace is communal for the 3 flats in the building, as well as the washing machine.
The flat is on the first floor without a lift and the last flight of stairs is a spiral staircase, which makes it unsuitable for bulky luggage.
Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Arrival between 22:00 and 23:59 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.

It is a very nice apartment, furnished in a modern way and many nice details. We had a well equiped kitchen, much space for living and a really nice terrace! The apartment is located super central in La Laguna, so you can reach all the nice Restaurants, Bars and Sights in a few minutes. The communication was very good, too. Thank you for the good time!
