Central Protaras Sunrise Villa PRMA9 is a traditional 2 bedroom holiday house located right in the heart of Central Protaras just across the street from one of the World's Top-25 Beaches Sunrise Beach & Fig Tree Bay, child friendly with crystal clear blue waters and white sand. All shops restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tourist attractions and all amenities are literally on your doorstep.
Central Protaras Sunrise Villa is a very comfortable holiday house fully renovated in 2016. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area offering a fully furnished front porch with great sea views and a second, more private patio at the back with table chairs and a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and on the same floor there is also a guest toilet. One of the sofas in the living room can be made into a bed to accommodate a fifth guest.
The upper floor features two large bedrooms and a family shower room. The first bedroom is equipped with double bed while the second bedroom offers two single beds and small balcony with great views if sunrise Beach and the Central Protaras Strip
The villa is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi Internet and Satellite TV
Protaras Central Sunrise Holiday Villa PRMA1 is Located on Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
Within 5-minutes' walk you will find many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Our family enjoyed staying in Protaras Central Sunrise. The aprt is very cosy and clean. The air conditioning was working good. No complaints.
The kitchen was equipped very well! We found even the cute cups for the ice cream. A lot of plates, cups, glasses, pans and others.
We liked the big round table in the terrace where we could rest, drink coffee snd talk)
The back yard is very cosy with some trees that were in bloom .
The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. Soft pillows.
There is a big parking place for the car near the aprt.
The aprt is decorated with nice sea view pictures and souvenirs, which adds much to the appearance.)
New kettle would be nice

It has almost everything you may need, including a gas grill, a lot of dishes etc. Staff were also very much supportive. In particular, the coocktop broke during our stay - we had a new one installed the other day. Also drinking water straight from the public water system
A proper smart-tv and a dishwasher would benefit this house.

Apartment was spacious with two outdoor setting areas and one bed room balcony.
Walkable distance to all restaurants, Supermarkt and Shops. Beds very comfortable. Barbecue works well! Washing Machine is there with short cycle for a quick wash. Enough dishes.
