The Enclave is a well kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes drive to plentiful shopping, dining and entertainment in Destin.

The Enclave is located 3.5 miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nations large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The condo was in a great spot to get where ever you needed to go. Beach right across the street don't recall information given about beach rental set ups.(umbrella, chairs) It was clean w non smoking all code access on time good customer service

Very cute and clean place to stay! Very close to beach access (took us a bit to figure out which gate was ours) and places to eat. Close driving distance to shopping, healthcare and tons of dining options. Only suggestion might be to bring your own pillows if you like more than one per person. We found a couple extra but no extra linens.

The condo was beautiful although the hallway outside the condo was not appealing. The washers and dryers were difficult to load payment for. The mattresses were FIRM and not comfortable.
