You’ll be a short walk to the beach in this charming 3BR/3BA townhome in Destin’s Beach Pointe community! Beach Pointe 101 features a spacious, 3-story floor plan with multiple balconies and a patio. The 2nd floor (main level) boasts a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. This beautiful townhome sleeps 10 guests, featuring a queen bedroom with a sleeper chair on the first floor, on the second floor is a queen guest room and the third-floor king master suite with a wet bar and a private balcony. If the kiddos want to have a campout in the living room, we have a queen air mattress and rollaway they can sleep on for the night. Take a short stroll to the gated beach access, splash around in the community pool, or chill on one of your private balconies! You’ll have everything you need and more at Beach Pointe 101.

Beach Pointe is a lovely community of townhomes just across from gated beach access in Destin! These townhomes boast a centrally located, fenced-in community pool and sun deck. This ideal location is a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands! Come see why families vacation to Beach Pointe year after year!

Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great place to stay! So close to the beach - right across the street. The townhouse was very clean, there were plenty of dishes, etc and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a few good restaurants was a plus too! Sandos Beachside Cafe & Bar has great sandwiches and Kenny D's has a great menu too (key lime pie)! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in May and loved it so much we came back. The best part is how close we were to the beach. The unit wasn’t as clean as before and the decor could use some updating but overall a great place with a great view and super easy access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, but parking was a little bit of a nuisance because the tenants before us took home the parking passes. I’d say in the future it’d be better if the tenants had a picture of what the passes should look like, but each time that I called property management they were helpful and kind so it really wasn’t bad. We would stay here again for sure! Also, it would be nice if the beach access or the house had an outdoor shower or water hose to hose the sand and chairs down but again, not the end of world and not enough to deter us from staying again.

Wow!! We loved everything about this place. Gorgeous view of the gulf and within steps to the beach. Customer service was on point, received a call and text midway thru the vacation to check in to be sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is gorgeous with beautiful homes/rentals all around. I can’t say enough good words about this place. We will definitely be back again.
