This spacious vacation home combines a modern country house style with traditional Allgäu coziness and offers space for up to eight people across two floors. High-quality natural wood furniture and non-toxic materials characterize the interior, while each of the four individually designed bedrooms has its own unique charm.

The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a stylish kitchen. An electric tiled stove and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere. The first floor features three bedrooms, each with its own sink, while the upper floor offers another spacious double bedroom with a box spring bed and a view of the starry sky. An adjoining playroom provides additional space to relax.

The house is equipped with low-maintenance, warm-underfoot flooring. A renovated bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a separate restroom, are available. An utility room with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities rounds out the amenities. An LCD TV with internet access is located in the living room, and another is on the upper floor. For families, high chairs, a crib, as well as games and books are available.

A garage provides space for sports equipment. The quiet location on the edge of the vacation community, just a few minutes’ walk from the swimming pool, restaurant, and playground, ensures privacy.
