The vacation homes in the Reichenbach vacation village near Nesselwang in the Allgäu region can accommodate 4 to 6 people, making them ideal for families or small groups. The cottages are cozy and modernly furnished and feature all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, such as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and an inviting living room. Pets are allowed in the vacation homes, so you can enjoy your vacation with your four-legged friend.
Thanks to its quiet location and wide range of recreational activities, the Reichenbach vacation village is the perfect place to escape the daily grind and enjoy the beauty of the Allgäu region. Ideal for nature lovers, families, and anyone who simply wants to unwind.

Spacious vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (G12):
Our vacation home, situated on a sunny south-facing slope, offers four bedrooms (two on the first floor, two in the basement) and a total living area of approximately 150 m².
Amenities & Floor Plan:
• Bathrooms: The basement features a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet; the first floor has two modern shower rooms with toilets (renovated in 2017). The master bathroom includes a washing machine.
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a range hood, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a microwave. A serving hatch leads directly to the dining area; a high chair is provided.
• Living area: The living room has a cable TV and DVD player; another TV is located in the double bedroom in the basement.
Outdoor Area & Amenities:
• Direct access from the garage to the storage room and the kitchen.
• Sun terrace with panoramic views of the Grünten (1,734 m), the Reutter Wanne (1,541 m), and the Alpspitze (1,575 m).
• Efficient oil-fired condensing central heating system (updated in 2015) with thermostat-controlled radiators in all rooms.
• New furnishings (2014), windows, and exterior insulation (2021).
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
