Absolute luxury three bedroom apartment in a brand new building suitable for royalty! Everything is brand new and no cost spared with the style and design of this amazing harbourside apartment. Make yourself at home for a short or long stay in Sydney's most desirable location.
The Space:
One Bedroom has ensuite. Each bedroom accesses a private terrace.
Natural herringbone floorboards throughout and stone floor and wall tiles adorn each of the luxuriously appointed bathrooms.
Open planned kitchen perfect for cooking or entertaining.
Comfortable designer furniture throughout with no expense spared.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Favourably located in one of Australia’s most visited precinct, on offer is a collection of premium retail spaces. Capitalise on the high pedestrian traffic, street frontage exposure and thoughtfully curated spaces with modern sophistication.
Surrounded by well-known operators, this iconic neighbourhood has a more intimate, village like ambience enjoyed by visitors and locals.
Getting Around:
Steeped in history, The Rocks possesses a rare inner-city village charm. This is modern living of a completely timeless nature. Nowhere else will you find markets, art galleries, cafés and restaurants framed by terracotta rooftops, sandstone walls and unmissable views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Other Things to Note:
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.

I loved our stay in The Rocks apartment. It is a premium location near the most desired attractions of Sydney. The building felt very secure and was easily accessible. Inside it was spacious and clean. We were comfortable after a long day of adventure to come back the our place and enjoy the view. All essentials were provided and some. Thank you!

We arrived quite later than expected from the US, and accessing the property was as smooth as promised for which I was grateful. We were all so tired we headed straight for bed. The next morning I was making coffee in the kitchen with a view of the Harbor Bridge. It was

The pictures and price reflect a lux property, much smaller than expected, property tired, hairs in the bath, very abrupt communication when I submitted my id incorrectly. Over the top re I’d and visitor policy. Regret booking with regards to value for money as well. Very expensive for what it was
