We booked this property for my son’s 30th as he was seeing a concert. The host was fantastic, quick to respond to any question. The property immaculate and we will be booking this property again in the future.

The loft is very nice. If you have problems with heavily scented cleaning products or dust, I would avoid this place. Property manager was notified of scent problems as I had explained previously that this was a problem for me due to allergies. She said I was being rude and that my request was ridiculous. No question as to how she could help. She said we had entered early without permission (cleaning crew was just finishing when we arrived to drop off bags and told us to come in) and that was the problem. Terrible customer service.
No toilet paper, quite a bit of dust and a cockroach - I’d go elsewhere.
