The bright and very high-quality 2-room apartment (about 75 m2) is located in the squares of the city center, just a short walk - 3-5 minutes - from the marketplace and Paradeplatz.
Extremely well-kept building and great neighbors in the house! There is a great and almost family-like relationship between the residents (12 apartments in the building)
Only 3 apartments on the floor! (lots of privacy and no noise from neighbors)
Great for travelers who want to live close to the city and quiet at the same time . The apartment is very centrally located and within walking distance to all major spots in the city center, but is comparatively very quiet at night, even with the window open, the background noise is limited.
There is a large, completely new and fully equipped kitchen, which passes without barrier into the living area (open kitchen).
The bathroom was completely renovated and equipped only with the highest quality materials (designer fittings and bathtub). In the bathroom our guests have the opportunity to use the washing machine and the dryer (from 4 days stay).
We can host up to 5 guests in this beautiful apartment.
I leave my guests the space they need, but if necessary, I can be reached by telephone until 10 pm (in case of emergency 24 h)
Right next to "Little-Istanbul". If you like oriental delicacies, it is not far. Jungbusch is 200 meters away and offers bars and alternative pubs. The main shopping street in Mannheim is within walking distance (3-5 minutes, depending on speed) from the apartment. The University of Mannheim can be reached in 10 minutes (walking)
