The Appartement locates right next to a busy line 4 route and the bedrooms are facing to it, so we couldn’t sleep till 1

The Appartement locates right next to a busy line 4 route and the bedrooms are facing to it, so we couldn’t sleep till 11:15 pm and in the morning from 5am. The view is gloomy, you see auto services and wrecked cars in an abandoned courtyard around. Parking place is hard to find and not lit up, there are no signs, you have to get behind the building, better not to arrive after dusk. The host is somehow very unpolite, unfriendly, altogether it was not a welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend.

There is really nothing not to like! It was a bit tricky at first to figure out how to reach the backside of the aprtment where you park and enter. That was the only small hiccup.

Perfect location for transit. Only traffic noise and stong smell of cigarettes felt inside of appartment

Ir was clean, comfortable beds, nice equiped

There is a noise from street. But the most important - that apartment had terrible smell of smoke/cigarettes. If you are non smoker person- you will find it really very difficult to stay in the appartment. Especially that if open windows to refresh at least a bit air inside- you get noice of traffic

Comfortable, clean and homely

cleanliness and comfort, the host were very friendly and welcoming. We spent one night on our way. It was a perfect stop for good along the way. Ot was clear that Philip and his team care for the propery and the guests dearly.

Ein ordentliches, gepflegtes und gemütliches Apartment. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist praktisch mit allem, was man so zur Selbstverpflegung benötigt, ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sauber und modern gestaltet. Wir können das Apartment und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Für uns war der Straßenlärm etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber nicht störend. Aber das liegt vermutlich einfach daran, dass wir aufs Land gezogen sind und die Geräusche einfach nicht mehr gewohnt sind.

Prima verblijf

Het is een prima verblijf om te overnachten op doorreis. Alles is aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een fijne douche en een ruime keuken. Het was verder goed schoon. Ook fijn dat er rolluiken waren. Veel faciliteiten in de buurt, supermarkt op loopafstand..

Het zit aan een drukke weg, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Daarnaast waren de bedden voor ons aan de harde kant. De vergoeding voor de hond vonden we ook erg hoog, 55 euro voor één nachtje.

Ligging dicht bij snelweg, schoon, gezellig ingericht. Wij waren op doorreis, ideaal gelegen daarvoor. Phillip een heel aardige en behulpzame host.

Super zufrieden, auch unsere Kinder 😀

Schöne helle Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern war es perfekt. Und Anbindung an die Öffis ist auch super. Bus vor der Haustür und Bahn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir konnten unseren PKW einfach mal stehen lassen.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt. Gegen die Helligkeit und die Straße gibt's Rolläden! Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist etwas tricky, aber sicher, und das zählt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder in die Pfalz! Danke, Philipp & Team.

Prima appartement, maar niet voor meer dan 4 personen boeken.

Goede locatie voor doorreis, net appartement, alles aanwezig. Vriendelijke host.

Slaapbank absoluut niet geschikt om op te slapen. Met 4 personen prima. Er is een privé-parkeerplaats maar via een smalle doodlopende weg is inparkeren met een grote auto een uitdaging.

On s’est senti comme chez nous

Appartement spacieux, moderne et très pratique avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Emplacement privé pour la voiture. propreté impeccable et literie très confortable. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits afin de visiter Mannheim et Heidelberg à proximité. Nous reviendrons c’est certain :)
