This adorable home is located in the heart of the island and directly across from Newton Beach. The home is just two short blocks from the Trolley stop which is located in front of the Publix grocery store (the only one on the island), where you can hop on and head down to the Times Square location of the island for dining, bars and shopping. You are only a block from Publix, the marina, and boat rentals. We even provide beach wagons for you to transport your groceries in. Catch the trolley to take you to the downtown area or the Lover Key end of the island where it is a bit quieter!

Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! The house was great. Perfect location and stocked with everything we needed inside and out. We were very disappointed with the pool and hot tub as they were not working correctly. It was 56 degrees when we arrived. Thankfully someone was able to come out same day and realized there was an issue, but we could not use the pool or hot tub until the last day as it had to heat back up. We booked this particular house for the pool and hot tub and were very much looking forward to using them. The house itself was very nice.

Location was great middle of the island and very close to Publix. Beach access was very convenient and a short walk across the street. The house is nicely decorated and has abundance of kitchen accessories. Fort Myers beach is not the same previous to Ian, but remains paradise. I would definitely stay again.
