Situated mid-island, Chasing Sunshine offers peaceful surroundings while keeping you just a short drive or trolley ride away from Times Square, Santini Plaza, Lynn Hall Park, and local dining and entertainment. With its convenient location along Estero Boulevard, getting on and off the island a breeze. You're also just 20–40 minutes from Sanibel Island, the Edison & Ford Winter Estates, the Fort Myers River District, and Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).
Inside, Chasing Sunshine was designed with comfort, beauty, and functionality in mind. The home features central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom, and a washer and dryer located on the top floor for added convenience. Parking is available for two vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway.
After parking, take the steps up to the main level where you'll find the heart of the home. This level features a large, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, dishes, and utensils. A spacious dining table seats six comfortably, with four additional barstools at the kitchen island. The open living room is a welcoming space for relaxing or gathering with your group, and it opens onto a private balcony with elevated views of the Gulf. A great place to relax and soak in the sun and sea. We loved our stay, super close to a grocery store for things we needed, plenty of kitchen items to make it possible to prep breakfast/lunches. The views were stunning and the beach area was not overcrowded at all. The location was truly perfect, walkable if desired, and the most amazing view of the ocean. I had to work our first day and was able to see spouse and kids on the beach and wave over to say hi. We saw so many dolphins! They have extra blankets in the closets, great seating in main areas, pool was fantastic. Outdoor shower was a lifesaver with sandy kids, too! Truly an amazing weekend away and wish we could have stayed longer. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Our youngest shed a tear when we had to leave, we cannot wait to have time to return, it was a great getaway and perfect whether you’re a homebody or someone who wants to hit the best restaurants, everything was close by.

We had a wonderful stay at this vrbo. Kids swam in pool/hot tub everyday for multiple hours a day. We enjoyed walking to the beach just a few steps from the house. The house accommodated the ten of us perfectly and the host was great. We would definitely come again! 10/10!!
