With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this vibrant, beautifully decorated home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.
MAIN LEVEL – A bright, open living area welcomes you with a large sectional sofa, TV, and decorative fireplace, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils and appliances, a breakfast bar, and ample counter space — ideal for cooking and entertaining. The dining room seats eight comfortably with uninterrupted ocean views and direct access to a wraparound balcony.
BEDROOMS ON MAIN LEVEL – Two master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, plus a third bedroom with a twin bed and an additional full hallway bathroom.
LOWER LEVEL – Two additional bedrooms — one king, one with two twin beds — plus a spacious family room with its own fully equipped kitchenette and minibar. The living area opens directly to a ground-floor porch with front-row ocean views.
OUTDOOR SPACES – The upstairs balcony features a charcoal grill and outdoor seating, perfect for sunset barbecues, while the ground-floor porch offers immediate beach access for relaxing by the sea.

The house was gorgeous, very clean, and everything in it was high quality and worked well. We had a fabulous time! And the tile work is amazing. The only downside was the trek up and down to the beach, especially with little kids. It’s a pretty steep hill of deep sand, and the staircase down to the beach was in pretty rough shape. The views were great though.

El Perico Bizco was perfect for our family and friends beach vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. The bottom floor is like a whole separate unit with it's own kitchen! The area is very residential and quiet. About a 10 minute drive to town to shop and eat. WalMart is a 5 minute drive. The walk down the hill to the beach takes about a minute or two, super easy. The views are spectacular and the beach is super sandy, not rocky at all. Would stay here every time if I could! Great service!
