WELCOME TO VISTAS DE LAS OLAS – A PRIVATE COMPLEX WITH SEA OF CORTEZ VIEWS
This unique second-row property in Las Conchas offers a complete vacation experience with one main house and two charming suites. Just steps from the beach, Vistas de las Olas provides stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and unforgettable sunsets from its decks and patios.
MAIN HOUSE
Vista de las Olas Main House is a spacious, beautifully maintained home located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just one lot above the beach. The home features a huge great room ideal for gatherings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for relaxation. There are four queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
BEDROOMS 1 AND 2 share a full bathroom with two toilets and one shower. The bathroom is accessible from each bedroom with interior locking doors for privacy.
BEDROOM 3 has access to a separate full bathroom located in the hallway and opens onto a deck with ocean views.
BEDROOM 4 is located at the back of the home, offering additional privacy.
The kitchen includes all major appliances, microwave, blender, and fully stocked cabinets. A large island bar with stools and a dining table that seats ten provide ample space for meals. The back patio is enclosed and features a fireplace, charcoal grill, and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Entertainment includes satellite TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo.
THE SUITES
The two adjacent suites are tastefully decorated with Mexican tile floors and colorful finishes. Each suite is 600 square feet and functions like a one-bedroom apartment.
Each SUITE features a QUEEN BED with handcrafted tiled headboard and nightstands, a private tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, and a cozy living area with couch and chair. There’s also a fireplace (gas and wood-burning) for cool nights.
KITCHENETTES in the suites include a microwave, small fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a breakfast bar. (No stove or blender.)
The suites are equipped with Satellite TV/DVD/VCR, a stereo system with surround sound, and a selection of videos, CDs, books, and magazines for your enjoyment.
OUTDOOR AREAS AND AMENITIES
Guests can enjoy a large outdoor patio and sundeck perfect for relaxing with a view. The property also includes ceiling fans, central heat and AC, an outdoor shower, propane BBQ, hibachi, and easy access to the beach.
Sheets and one set of towels per guest are provided.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
This home is pet friendly – a $75 USD fee per pet applies.
Owner requests no smoking inside the property.

I had my family and friends with me. We’ve stayed at this house before and enjoyed it because of how ample it is. The kitchen and living room is a perfect hang out spot and the patio was the main area where we hung out in the evening since there was a beautiful view. The casitas with the two little studios are amazing. I had my friends who were couples stay there and Jaír was he privacy they wanted. Overall I enjoy the home a lot. The one down side is there is about a 200 ft walk to the beach. Not easy to run up to the house to grab more beer or something so make sure you pack an ice chest when you go to the beach
