About this house rental
Charming cottage of high quality rated 4 stars.
In the Champagne countryside, cottage with access to the covered swimming pool heated to 28° all year round.
The swimming pool is located close to the cottage but remains independent.
The swimming pool is shared with the gite l' Annexe but its access is EXCLUSIVE during the day according to defined schedules to respect the sanitary rules: from 10 am to 8 pm with choice of 2-hour time slots (the tenants of the 2 cottages are not together at the pool)
Internal rules of use to be signed on arrival.
Tastefully decorated cottage and composed of 3 themed rooms (6 people MAX) with private bathroom and walk-in showers, the beds are made on your arrival. Travel cot with mattress, deckchair, baby bath and high chair are at your disposal free of charge on request.
The living room is provided with a fireplace insert (1st basket free), TV, DVD.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. Games room with Bonzini table football and children's corner with kitchen and reading area.
Fenced outdoor area, garden, table tennis, barbecue, garden furniture. Free WIFI.
Linen and toiletries are not provided: possibility of rental: 8 euros per person.

Provins and its medieval city, Epernay and Reims with its prestigious cellars, Troyes = capital of fashion and its many boutiques, champagne tasting at our independent winegrowers for example.
Come and recharge your batteries with friends or family for a weekend or more.

POSSIBILITY TO RENT the 2 COTTAGES at the same time: 12 PEOPLE and have full access to the aquatic area

We arrived late evening on the first day but Sandrine was available and very welcoming. The gite is lovely and just as described and having the pool is great and was welcome in the hot weather. For the last few days of the week we were 6 adults and the house worked well for us with plenty of space outside and in and we all left feeling very relaxed. A lovely little village but with plenty of places to visit not too far away, Epernay and surrounding villages for champagne tasting and Provins for history.

Lovely home, our little boy loved the pool too.
Provins was a fantastic day out, as was the safari park.

Very nice and relaxed stay in Sandrines Gite. A good way of sharing the pool with a scheme to sign up.
Nice small village with a bakery a small cafe and market (Tuesday morning).
Good champagne house a short car trip away.
Very easy to take the train to Paris from Provins, 30 min in car from Esternay.
Sandrine is a super host.
