About this chalet rental
Unique setting with private barbecue and field balls. The house is located near an old farmhouse, it has 5 rooms with:
-at the ground floor a large living room and a central open fireplace monumental fireplace open on three sides (consumption of wood for winter stay included in the rent) open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet room with 140 beds.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90 completely redone, 1 bedroom with double bed 140, 1 shower, 1 separate WC).
Ballad of opportunity outside of hunting days during the winter. Fishing 'no kill' allowed. Various bird species. Near the Champagne vineyards (15 minutes max drive) to organize a circuit tour around personalized champagne.
Location of possible .Draps card provided and cleaning the cottage included
Pets allowed;
Near the pond requiring permanent supervision of toddlers ages.

This was a pretty spot that is a lovely, quiet get away while in Champagne.

The house is prettier than its pictures. Everything worked great and we loved sitting near the fireplace after a day of exploring and sipping. Our only suggestion is to message owner for directions. GPS seems to want to take you through farm fields. That said it's the perfect house if you're looking to be in the countryside while exploring the champagne area.

We really liked this house, which has a lot of charm.
We were the ideal configuration perhaps. 2 couples and 3 children from 3 to 5 yrs.
We could’nt find fault with the house or with the owner.
You have to keep an eye on the children due to the proximity of the lake.
No shops nearby so bring some food with you.
Positives: Mr. Dailly and his advise, quality of the house: exterior et interior, barbaque, fireplace, internet, central heating, plenty of hot water, bedrooms, forest, 2 bathrooms, big dining table, the lake.
Negatives: None.
Highy recommended if you want a quiet getaway close to nature, and the champagne region.
