Walk to the chairlifts at Park City Mountain! Very quiet, spacious and cozy condominium in an ideal location, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Hop on the free town shuttle to easily access Main Street, Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Village.
Sleep easy in the top-of-the-line Serta Elite 2500 king bed in the main bedroom, which also offers an en suite bathroom with double vanity. Two queen beds are offered in the guestroom which also has a private bathroom with double vanity. Both bedrooms offer new Smart TVs. There's a sofa-sleeper in the living room to accommodate two additional guests.
Relax in the spacious living room in front of the wood burning fireplace and the Smart TV. There's a full kitchen for easy meal preparation, a dining table with seating for 6, and counter seating for 4.
Additional amenities include, Bluetooth speakers throughout, air conditioning, a private washer and dryer, desk, and underground parking is available. Two common area hot tubs are open year round. Premier rating.

We loved every bit of this property - from the steps away from both the hot tub and the base of the mountain to the size of the TV to the perfect master bedroom mattress. We stayed during the historic Feb ‘23 snow storm so I can’t comment on the little outdoor area, but having a real fire place and designated underground parking was clutch given the circumstances! If you’re looking for a place for your adventurous group to crash, this is it!

Only knock on the place is that you are on the basement level looking out at a retaining wall and hill so no view and kind of dark.
