Located on the second level of the complex, enjoy the flatscreen TV with DVD player, the shared hot tub, and the indoor fireplace during chillier Bear Lake nights or the balcony with a gas grill in the summertime.

The Garden City Park is two miles away, and it's 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Lake offers some of the best snowmobiling in all of the state of Utah. Over 300 miles of groomed trails and endless hill climbing. You can four-wheel or snowmobile right from this condo. Downhill skiing, boating, wave runner, and other activities can fill the days of your next vacation to Bear Lake.

Great place for our quick trip. Condo was clean and cozy with amazing views. Would recommend some maintenance TLC, things like the sink spray nozzle doesn’t spray. VRBO showed 11am checkout. Vacasa info sent after booking is 10am checkout.

Great location, clean condo. The parking lot was full multiple times so we had to park farther away but other than that it was great

This rental was so great. It was really clean and was right next to the pool and tennis courts. Loved how many beds there are so we could fit our family comfortably. Two big bathrooms was also a huge bonus.

It was nice to have games for the kids to play. The view of the lake was beautiful.
