Welcome to Bearadise Bungalow in beautiful Garden City Utah! As Utah natives Bear Lake has quickly become our families favorite place to visit and we hope you will come to love it and our town home as much as we do! Please read on for a description of our lovely place.
The kitchen and living area offers space for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment, or sit outside and enjoy the beautiful mountains that surround bear lake. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, common utensils, cookware, crock pot, blender, toaster, waffle maker and coffee pot with filters, cream and sugar as well as cooking oil and a variety of spices. Dish soap and paper towels are also provided. Full appliances including a electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and built-in microwave. A high chair and Pack n Play are included for little ones. The home comes equipped with 4 flat screen TV's preloaded with all streaming apps as well as WIFI for any additional streaming devices. For your convenience a full size washer and dryer is provided as well as detergent and dryer sheets
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper.
A kayak and paddle board have been provided for those
aching to get out on the water(bring your life vests) as well as yard games and even some beach toys. Be sure to grab a couple of the provided pickle ball paddles and hit the courts located directly across the street.
There is an attached one car garage that will fit a SMALL car (due to kayak and paddle board). There is additional parking available for vehicles, watercraft and ATV/UTV's.

Great stay overall after a small issue getting into the unit. The hosts were very responsive and we resolved the issue quickly. The condo was great and had everything we needed and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again

Property was clean and spacious, only downside was the bunk beds were so squeaky it would wake others up in the room when people moved.

This was our first time to Bear Lake and it was wonderful! The townhome was the perfect size for my group. The hosts were amazing to work with and communicated with us great! The home had plenty of blankets, towels, and supplies. They even provided coffee and coffee fixins'! We will definitely rent from the Sipes family again!
