Coast View is a stunning five bedroom holiday home in the popular seaside village of Woolacombe in North Devon. This wonderful self-catering property can accommodate up to 10 and is ideal for groups of friends or large families looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday. The property, which is set over three floors is just a short walk from the award-winning beach and also benefits from its own hot tub on its large terrace overlooking Woolacombe and the Atlantic Ocean.
Guests arrive at the house on the ground floor, which at the front enjoys far reaching views over the ocean, these are captured beautifully in the living room, which has comfy sofas and a wood-burning stove. Towards the rear of the property is the large open plan kitchen, dining area, which has been finished to a high standard and has a wide range of appliances ideal for a self-catering holiday in North Devon. The kitchen also wraps round into a small seating area where morning coffee can be enjoyed away from the children. Along the corridor from the kitchen there is a family bathroom with a walk in shower, one shower room and a wc, a utility room and a second smaller living room complete with TV, sofa and direct access to the terrace where the hot tub is located.
The five bedrooms are split over two floors and include two doubles and a bunk room found on the first floor and a family style double bedroom with en-suite toilet and adjoining twin bedroom, which are separated by a sliding door. There is also a first floor family bathroom with double ended bath.
Outside, Coast View has a large front terrace overlooking the beach and ocean where the hot tub can be found, to the rear is a good sized garden, which is mainly laid to lawn and has outdoor furniture.
Please note: Coast View is a dog friendly cottage, but only a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Please notify at time of booking. There is an additional charge of £50 per dog per booking. Please note there are steps leading from the street parking up to the property.

Great house for family gathering, plenty of space for all. Limited parking & issues with balcony which needs repairing & outside lighting up steep steps out front needs improvement . However a great time was had by family 70 - 7 year olds beds all comfortable & plenty of towels for bathrooms & hot tub & everything you could need in kitchen. Children loved the playroom & hot tub which was cleaned regularly. Beach & town walking distance but steep hill on return.

We really enjoyed the space, the views, the insulation but also the ability to create a cooling air flow. Everything was practical and convenient. The front conservatory was a real hit. It gets very warm but the sliding windows quickly fix that: a great place to have breakfast, read quietly in the afternoon or just sit and enjoy the magnificent viewOnly gripes: • showers need shower curtains• couple of lights (or bulbs???) weren't working

We had an extremely comfortable stay in the wonderful Coast View property in May 2025. The property is brilliantly situated with quick and easy access to the beach. The house was very spacious and kitted out with everything we could possibly need. It was also extremely child friendly which was perfect for our younger guests who loved the playroom. A lovely house which we feel privileged to have had the use of for a week - we would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely gorgeous property in an excellent location. Had everything we needed for an amazing week away! Plenty of space for all the family with room to breath.
