It is also possible to park additional vehicles outside, in an area NOT subject to charges.
- NOT INCLUDED: Tourist tax, € 1.50 per night per person, per night; Energy consumption € 60.00 per night; Bed linen and towels € 15.00 per person, including: bath mat, face towel, bidet towel, shower towel, pillowcase, sheets, dishcloth (not changed).
- EXTRAS AND UPON REQUEST (prior to arrival and while supplies last): Baby travel cot € 20.00.

- A € 500.00 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found.
📍Location and surroundings: In the Campofelice di Roccella area, our residential complex is surrounded by greenery and is quiet yet close to everything: with flip-flops and a beach towel, a pleasant 450-meter walk will take you directly to the beach.
We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to be mobile and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance just 4 km away makes getting to all the island's other wonders quick and easy. Nearby: pubs, 4 supermarkets, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a train station (1.6 km), and a gas station. Just 1 km away is the Campofelice di Roccella seafront, full of dining options and beautiful beach clubs where you can relax and enjoy the sea.

María is great, I would say the only negative is that the upstairs 3 bedrooms share a common air conditioner.

We loved our stay here. We felt like we were living in a tropical garden of Eden. The location was great, peaceful and not too far from the stunning cefalu and other grocery stores. Really spacious, so although we were 14, there was en cough space to not feel over crowded, and plenty of showers / bathrooms.
