Absolute joy. Pleasant oasis in the middle of Agrigento region. 15 min from the Valley of the Temples and 30 min from the Scala dei Turchi.
Former summer villa of local Bishop now an organic farm to table high end boutique hotel. Home made soap, shampoo, pasta, bread, olive oil and very comfortable beds with all cotton and linen bedding!
Beautiful gardens and pool with peacocks wandering around. We stayed 2 nights and eat at the hotel every night. Reasonable prices and fresh home cooked meals.
Refreshing mountain breezes keep the grounds cool at night in July!

Property is next to an industrial estate, which was not readily apparent from the literature. Hosts were most amiable and welcoming.

This was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. The accomodation is outstanding and the hospitality is wonderful. We did the lunch cooking class and it was welcoming, fun and full of ideas we can try at home. We didn’t leave the property for our entire 3 nights as we wanted to embrace the time we had there.
