• Unregistered Guests: No additional unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property without prior written approval.
• Parties & Events: Strictly prohibited.
• Parking: Use only designated parking spaces. Do not block driveways or neighbors’ property.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and must not disturb neighbors.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.
• Minimum Age: The booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay on the property for the duration of the reservation.

The listing on the website needs to be changed. It has a pull out twin sofa bed listed which is not there. Also, the bunk room was a letdown. It states that there are 4 twin sized bunk beds. Even has 4 bunk bed icons underneath the picture of that room. The house itself was great, but please change it on the listing.

We had a fantastic time staying here for a birthday weekend with friends visiting from abroad. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own areas without ever feeling crowded, and there were plenty of bathrooms so getting ready was seamless for the whole group. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and the home was stocked with thoughtful amenities and extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for any gathering or getaway!

We came up for an event with 3 families. We had children ages prek to teens. Plenty of room for all of us! The kids loved all the games available on the property. We enjoyed the local restaurants. Uber easily found us. Wonderful overall. Everything you would need for a great stay!

We converged from different sides of the country - 2 adult siblings with our families. I have a daughter at Regis University which is a 4 minute walk from this house. The house was great - there was a large kitchen table allowing us all to eat together. We had cousins come over and do a large Easter meal together. and the outdoor patio was fantastic.
