About this house rental
Super location! Great access to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Olde Town Arvada and the mountains. You’ll be ideally located to amenities, sites, skiing, golfing or hiking. Easy access to I-70, I-76 and I-36 to Boulder. 20 minutes to Meow Wolf, the Children’s Museum and the Downtown Aquarium. Minutes to the RTD Arvada Ridge Station (the Gold Line), which takes you directly to downtown Denver Union Station (or drive there in 20 minutes!) and many other destinations.
Very comfortable, spacious home sleeps 12 with 7 beds (two KINGS) and 3 bathrooms. When you are not out on adventures, you’ll have plenty of space to relax at the house and super-fast Xfinity internet.
On the main floor is a huge family room, kitchen, dining room, game area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker plus pods, hand mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, cutting boards, spice rack and butcher block knife set in addition to plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, measuring cups and silverware. Just add food!
Black-out blinds and quality pillow-top and memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
The basement provides additional privacy and includes air hockey, desk with executive chair, a 2nd family room with smart tv – perfect for multiple families traveling together, teens or large groups. There is also a spacious bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a full bath. The Wifi is Xfinity’s top speed for effective connectivity. The laundry room is also located on this level and features new high-end washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and spend your evenings relaxing in the privacy of the fenced-in backyard. The backyard offers a furnished deck, partially covered and partially open. Enjoy outdoor games in the beautiful courtyard area, or just relax and enjoy the perennials in the raised beds. The outdoor space is perfect for diving into your favorite novel or enjoying the beautiful Colorado sunsets or grilling on the seasonal grill (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Only minutes to Olde Town Arvada, with numerous restaurants, breweries, shops and night life. Downtown Golden offers Coors’ Breweries and tours, 4 craft breweries, quaint shops, the Colorado School of Mines and more. The acclaimed Arvada Center for the Performing Arts is only 5 minutes. This is an ideal location for concert-goers, golfers, hikers, bicyclists, skiers. Only 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. It was incredible working Host Pam! She was so kind to our group, leaving us a nice note, little chocolate candies, and the most home related resources I've ever seen at a VRBO. It should also be said that this home was immaculately clean. I mean spotless. Again, I've never stayed in a VRBO this clean. Not a speck of dust to be found. Pam was prompt with responding and provided us a very nice binder including house instructions and ideas for adventure around the area. Every section of the house had clear instructions on how to effectively use the home in a respectful way. Our whole group was impressed by the stay and we were so grateful for the opportunity to have a beautiful, full of light, space to relax given our very busy schedule. Thank you Pam for hosting us!

If you've got a large family or a lot of peeps to accommodate for a stay, this place is it. First impression was how immaculately clean the house was. We didn't have to question if we wanted to stay there at all. Kitchen was well stocked for whatever size group that would be staying there, including littles. Loved the open concepts of the home both upstairs and down. Lots to do for the whole family if snowed in. The convenience factor was awesome as well, as the house is centrally located to whatever you want or need, with stock and easy access to freeways. And the owner was super responsive to any questions or needs, very nice and welcoming! This will be my goto anytime I'm in the Denver area!
