An outdoor shower and an array of beach toys add to the fun. The dock provides a perfect spot to tie up your boat or cast a line and enjoy some fishing or swimming. The interior stairs inside are a bit steep, so please tread carefully.
Experience the magic of Point Breeze with breathtaking sunsets from the west-facing decks and awe-inspiring sunrises from the east-facing ones. This is the Salt Life at its best, where every moment is a cherished memory.
A security deposit and rental agreement are required with this property, as well as a cleaning fee. The security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on the credit card that you will provide when filling out the rental agreement.

If you are looking for a place to spend time with your children, extended family members, friends, or new acquaintances; "Point Breeze" is the perfect House. There are so many amenities I will list just a few to make awesome memories: The location of Point Breeze is perfect for any type of activities you may want to do. The sunrises are great from the outdoor TV Pit, a very comfortable outdoor living space and also great for sleeping outside. The west side of the deck has a perfect area for Dinners or snacks and watching the sunset everyday.
The South deck has a full view of the Gulf and the North deck has a wonderful view of the Sound. All the decks have a lot of comfortable seating and lounge chairs. I cannot say enough about the inside of the house. Everything is clean, with all kinds of seating for a large family, or just a couple. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking in doors or outside. There are 2 charcoal grills furnished. There are even beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, 2 hammocks, swings, and khakis. This house is convenient to all the shops on the island and restaurants. We fished from the dock every night and caught a lot of great fish. Awesome House. I could go on and on because we stayed there 3 weeks and i would go back tomorrow.

Perfect stay. Clean, well stocked home with all the beach and outdoor gear you could need. Best location fishing and crabbing in the channel and beach access right across the street.

Great location, but a few too many things needed maintenanceThe location on Dauphin Island was excellent, and we loved having access to the kayaks and fish traps — big plus for this property. Beach towels and chairs (4) were provided and in good shape, and the kitchen’s oven and stovetop worked great. We left the house cleaner and more organized than we found it.That said, for the nightly rate, we expected more attention to detail. The master bedroom mattress and bedding weren’t up to the standard we’d expect for the primary suite, and one of the guest bedroom doors didn’t close properly. The refrigerator’s ice maker didn’t work and there was no water filter, and the door bins were cracked (unusable without risk of breaking further). When we flagged the ice maker, the host wasn’t able to confirm whether it worked at all, just noted the cleaners say there’s bagged ice in the freezer — not a real fix.Several amenities needed repair: the ping pong balls were all dented, the beach wagon and umbrella were broken, the fishing poles were broken, and of the boogie boards only 4 were usable. Outdoors, the TV cover hinge was rusted and difficult to open, and the outdoor shower head holder was broken. We also weren’t left enough paper towels or detergent to last the stay.None of this ruined the trip, but for a listing with a perfect review history, we’d expect these basics — working appliances, usable recreational equipment, functioning fixtures, and adequate stocked supplies —
