A special holiday house with three bedrooms and a private sauna, heated by cozy underfloor heating and a wood stove. You will stay in bright, sunlit rooms of an exclusive, high-quality home, thoughtfully designed and furnished with attention to detail. Enjoy your getaway in 120 sqm of living space, ideal for six guests, in a comfortably and elegantly equipped house. The windows have insect screens and shutters. A spacious wraparound terrace and a large garden with playground, fire bowl, barbecue, table tennis, and more are at your disposal. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding nature through the large panoramic window.
Ground floor:
- Kitchen: High-quality fittings with granite countertop and dishwasher.
- Dining room: Large table, chairs, bookshelf, board games, radio/CD.
- Living room: Wood stove, panoramic window, 3-seater sofa, couch, TV.
- Utility room: Washing machine, drying rack, cleaning supplies.
- WC.
Upper floor:
- Bathroom: Shower, sauna, WC.
- Bedroom: Double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, safe, armchair.
- Bedroom: Double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, safe, armchair.
- Children's room: Two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), wardrobe, shelf.
For a smaller child, we provide a travel cot with bedding or a bed rail free of charge. High chairs, stair gates, playground, and outdoor toys are also available at no extra cost.
A small dog (max. 10 kg) is welcome on request for an additional fee per day. Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds and must be leashed in the garden.

A wonderful week in a beautiful house in the Swabian Alps. This is a really untouristy area but well worth exploring for fabulous cycle tracks, walking and lake swimming - so beautiful and on the doorstep. Also easily accessible location for Black Forest to the West and south to Lake Constance. The house is very clean and really well equipped and its owners are really lovely - helpful and kind. Facilities were all modern and beds really comfortable. The whole family had a great week being outdoors most of the time in gorgeous weather- the garden is well equipped for children, eating, relaxing and the views are beautiful. There is some noise from the wood workshop opposite but this is a little hamlet, nothing industrial and, as in everywhere in the area, the village is spotless and the locals very welcoming.
Great place for the children to practice their German as no other English tourists around although locals happy to speak English! We would all thoroughly recommend it to anyone - especially those who like outdoor life, and hope to return again soon.

The house is very clean, the environment very quiet in the countryside ; Rosemary just visited us once to check if everything was OK and it was the case !
If I have the opportunity, I will go back there.

We had a great time, it's in a lovely little town. There was a misunderstanding with the owners about the number of people staying and they were quite rude when asking for more money but the house is great, and it has everything you need!!
