Spend your vacation in a modern villa, seven minutes from a remote secluded beach, which is located in Kremena - a quiet remote village with beautiful sea and island views.
This beautiful property is on a hill and has three floors connected with indoor and outdoor stairs.
Relax in the room for fun (billiards, bar and sauna).
Four large bedrooms with associated bathrooms are on the first floor, while on the second floor there is a large living room and the kitchen with dining room.
Outside heated swimming poo l and terrace with lounge furniture give this villa additional charm. A spacious terrace with a panoramic view is located on the flat roof of the villa.
We recommend that you visit the historic city of Dubrovnik, Split, Korcula Island, Mostar, Wahlfartsort-Medjugorje.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of Croatia. The views were stunning, the house immaculately clean and well equipped with brilliant hosts. We made good use of the sauna and pool and full size pool table! Zoran and his wife met us on the first day, letting us get in early which was much appreciated after an early flight, showed us around and left us to it. They were always there for questions and treated us to a meal in their lovely restaurant in Metkovic. The food there was outstanding, the Sea Bream the best my wife had had. It was so good we went back on our last night to save on cooking!This is an unspoilt, beautiful, not very touristy part of Croatia that we loved. It is hilly and makes driving interesting but we hired a 9 seater minibus and got around no problem (although get an automatic would be my tip as lots of gear changing otherwise)Visits to Ston and Korcula were excellent, getting a water taxi to the latter from Orebic. Closer to the villa, there is a small beach with bar 15 mins away from the villa on foot, it is uphill back but after a couple of beers we didnt notice. The sea is more like an inland lake, flat, calm and clear. Lovely to swim in and warm. All told this was an excellent place to stay and visit. A lovely glimpse of Croatia away from the popular places like Dubrovnik and Split. We had a brilliant time and will be back.

Fantastic house, outstanding owner. We were a party of five adults and two preteen kids. The house was very comfortable and comes supplied with everything you might need. We all enjoyed the local little beach which was never too busy. We also took trips to Duba and Klek beaches which are bigger but busier. Zoran the owner was impressively responsive to any questions and issues. He also graciously treated us to a meal at his restaurant.

Stunning views from every window, short walk down steep but concrete road to small swimming beach (5 minutes). Thoughtfully stocked kitchen, fantastic sauna with essential oils and billards and pool overlooking the sea. 4 big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Roof top patio was huge and comfortable.
The owners were helpful and responsive and had fresh produce and wine waiting for us upon arrival. It was lovely meeting them. The driveway is steep and requires a quick turn into the parking pad, make sure you are confident with a manual transmission. The location is about 8-10 minute drive to Opuzen, mostly highway driving, where you will find all the groceries you need for your stay. My family loved our relaxing time and would stay again without hesitation.

From our first welcoming handshake to the wave as we left, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The house was immaculate and beautiful, only surpassed by the incredible views from every floor. Our host was available to help us whenever we needed it - esp after a particularly unique storm one night that messed with the utilities. And the icing on the cake was our visit tothe family’s restaurant. Excellent.
