Spend your vacation in a modern villa, seven minutes from a remote secluded beach, which is located in Kremena - a quiet remote village with beautiful sea and island views.

This beautiful property is on a hill and has three floors connected with indoor and outdoor stairs.

Relax in the room for fun (billiards, bar and sauna).

Four large bedrooms with associated bathrooms are on the first floor, while on the second floor there is a large living room and the kitchen with dining room.

Outside heated swimming poo l and terrace with lounge furniture give this villa additional charm. A spacious terrace with a panoramic view is located on the flat roof of the villa.

We recommend that you visit the historic city of Dubrovnik, Split, Korcula Island, Mostar, Wahlfartsort-Medjugorje.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of Croatia. The views were stunning, the house immaculately clean and well equipped with brilliant hosts. We made good use of the sauna and pool and full size pool table! Zoran and his wife met us on the first day, letting us get in early which was much appreciated after an early flight, showed us around and left us to it. They were always there for questions and treated us to a meal in their lovely restaurant in Metkovic. The food there was outstanding, the Sea Bream the best my wife had had. It was so good we went back on our last night to save on cooking!This is an unspoilt, beautiful, not very touristy part of Croatia that we loved. It is hilly and makes driving interesting but we hired a 9 seater minibus and got around no problem (although get an automatic would be my tip as lots of gear changing otherwise)Visits to Ston and Korcula were excellent, getting a water taxi to the latter from Orebic. Closer to the villa, there is a small beach with bar 15 mins away from the villa on foot, it is uphill back but after a couple of beers we didnt notice. The sea is more like an inland lake, flat, calm and clear. Lovely to swim in and warm. All told this was an excellent place to stay and visit. A lovely glimpse of Croatia away from the popular places like Dubrovnik and Split. We had a brilliant time and will be back.

Fantastic house, outstanding owner. We were a party of five adults and two preteen kids. The house was very comfortable and comes supplied with everything you might need. We all enjoyed the local little beach which was never too busy. We also took trips to Duba and Klek beaches which are bigger but busier. Zoran the owner was impressively responsive to any questions and issues. He also graciously treated us to a meal at his restaurant.

Stunning views from every window, short walk down steep but concrete road to small swimming beach (5 minutes). Thoughtfully stocked kitchen, fantastic sauna with essential oils and billards and pool overlooking the sea. 4 big bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Roof top patio was huge and comfortable. The owners were helpful and responsive and had fresh produce and wine waiting for us upon arrival. It was lovely meeting them. The driveway is steep and requires a quick turn into the parking pad, make sure you are confident with a manual transmission. The location is about 8-10 minute drive to Opuzen, mostly highway driving, where you will find all the groceries you need for your stay. My family loved our relaxing time and would stay again without hesitation.

From our first welcoming handshake to the wave as we left, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The house was immaculate and beautiful, only surpassed by the incredible views from every floor. Our host was available to help us whenever we needed it - esp after a particularly unique storm one night that messed with the utilities. And the icing on the cake was our visit tothe family’s restaurant. Excellent.

Amazing host who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Idyllic views especially from the roof terrace on which we ate every night. The swimming pool was a good size and the property worked well for 2 families. Zoran recommended several amenities to keep the teenagers entertained. It was brilliant to find such a fantastic house. We also visited Zoran’s restaurant (Pizzeria Milano) which was delicious and I would thoroughly recommend. A big thanks to Zoran and his family.

We had a lovely time at this house - 5 adults, 3 kids. The view from the property is beautiful and we even stopped some dolphins in the bay. The house itself is well-equipped, spacious and clean, as is the pool. We did get a bit disrupted by the noise from neighbouring building works but that gave us the impetus to explore the surrounding countryside. The landlord told us the building stops during the summer months so we were just unlucky in our case. Nevertheless, we had a great week here and would highly recommend it.

Zoran and his family tell us they dont normally get guests from the uk. Well it is well worth a visit. The villa is outstanding. With a car you can reach Split and Dubrovnik within an hour and a half. The hosts restaurant is the best in town. We all enjoyed the food there and were treated well by the staff. Duba beach is about a fifteen minute walk. A very picturesque location for a peaceful holiday

It was an unforgettable experience for adults & kids. Amazing house with 3 levels and rooftop. Complete equipments: Pool, Sauna, Billard, Barbecue, each room with AC and individual bathroom, postal card view, peacefull place... Less than 1h30 To reach Dubrovnik or 45 min for Mostar And The best? Zoran & his wife are friendly host that are available when you need any thing! I recommand Zoran & it's house at 200%!

This villa is fantastic! Great view, great pool, fully equipped kitchen, great views from terraces and balkonies. Each bedroom with AC and bathroom. Up on the roof terrace you will find table with 8 chairs, couch with seaview and grill, but also pizza oven 😊 Zoran and his wife are really helpful, always available, giving tips about places to go (beach, etc). They also have restaurant with great seafood and with pizza 💪 This is a place to people who value peaceful neighbourhood. Stoney beach nearby. Great place to snorkle or to take a sup 😊 Highly recommended!

Great villa with superb views from all rooms. Zoran, the owner, was very quick to answer any questions or issues. He was keen to ensure we had all we wanted to make the holiday a success. We also visited his restaurant and had a lovely meal. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the villa. It was so lovely to wake each morning to such beautiful views in a very comfortable villa

This was a fantastic villa with stunning views out to the sea at every level. The host Zoran was so helpful and had a great starter pack of provisions in the house for us. In fact it was one of the best stocked kitchens we have stayed in. We will come back here and would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful property with amazing views, drinks on the roof with the sun setting as relaxing as you can get. The villa was lovely and clean and had all the facilities you could want with a pool that you could float in all day The owner Zoran was really helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend this property and would be happy to book again without doubt From information in the villa booked a boat trip to Mali Ston which was beautiful and well worth a visit.

Villa has everything you need, including comfortable bedrooms with en-suites and air conditioning. Stunning views all around. We spent most evenings on the roof terrace eating and drinking. We are two Finnish families of four persons with children of age 12-19. The house was all we had expected and more. We loved the swimming pool, the pool table and the big terrace with a grill and a fantastic view. The little private beach near by was good for swimming and snorkeling. Also went to the bigger beach in Duba only a few kilometers away and visited a local winery. A car is needed. Closest grocecy store is in Opuzen about 10 kilometers away.

My most important thing to do was asking to block the house for our next stay. So, this confirmed, I can honestly and openly write about the experience we had without worries for our slot in 2020. If you... ...enjoy having luxurious space also in your holidays ...love a mezmerizing view to the sea ...enjoy the experience of roof.top.bbc and nothing but the sea around ...then this house is a perfect match. And, yes, we could have gone to rhr next city but Zoran, owner of the house, was so kind to provide us with lovely fish and whatever stuff we needed. Ok, that is me, but my wife and our 4 kids unanimously decided:we will be back.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous property. The house has everything you need, with four double bedrooms all ensuite, spacious living room/kitchen, games room (with pool table that got lots of use), swimming pool and lots of places to relax and enjoy the amazing views, especially the veranda/terrace, which was my favourite in the evenings. There is a secluded beach a few minutes walk away and a larger one in Duba (15 minute walk). The sea water is incredibly clear and thoroughly refreshing. We got the ferry from nearby towns to both Hvar and Korcula and we also visited Dubrovnik (one and a half hours away) during our stay. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and a little off the beaten track but still close enough to everything you need, then this is the place for you. Finally, Zoran and his family were absolutely wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing villa, just like in the beautiful pictures! My husband and I and our 3 adult children and our daughter-in-law were very comfortable in this huge house. Everyone had their own full bath and plenty of privacy. It was a short walk to a secluded beach in a protected cove. The swimming pool was very nice for relaxing, reading, and enjoying the view of the surrounding area. The rooftop was great for grilling and eating dinner, watching the stars, and enjoying the cool sea breeze. We spent many hours in the evenings hanging out on the roof, enjoying each other's company and relaxing. It was a very peaceful location yet just a short drive to Opuzen or Metkovic for groceries. Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, we enjoyed visiting the local wineries and sampling and cooking the local foods. Zoran and his family were very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. The location is within 2 hours of Dubrovnik and Split. Also very close to Mostar, a beautiful city in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I would highly recommend this property if you want a great location that is convenient to other attractions but also quiet and relaxing. Diana, Boston, MA USA

Einfach Klasse

Zoran und seine Frau sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Sie hatten sogar Bier bei Ankunft kalt gestellt. Das Haus hat eine super Grundausstattung. Heißt, Spülmittel, Gewürze, Backpapier, Handseife, Kaffee, Alufolie usw. war bei uns vorhanden und durften wir benutzen. Es gibt 2 große Kühlschränke. Einen in der Küche (mit Eiswürfelspender) und einen in der Bar am Pool. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten und 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein integriertes Bad, Rollos, Klimaanlage, Ventilator und Meerblick. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hat einen eigenen Balkon. Das Masterschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hat einen direkten Zugang nach Draußen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Es gibt nur ein Haus dahinter dessen Pool in Richtung Dachterrasse liegt-von da kann man halb auf die Dachterrasse sehen. Bei uns war dort nur ein Pärchen untergebracht was man quasi nicht gehört hat. Vor den Haus liegt nur das Meer. Seitlich liegt auch nichts außer Landschaft. Wir haben den ganzen Tag nur die Grillen gehört, sonst nix. Ein wenig abenteuerlich ist die Zufahrt zum Haus und das Parken am Haus-wir haben rückwärts gegenüber vom Hauseingang geparkt. Man sollte sich drüber im Klaren sein, dass man viele Treppen laufen muss, da alle Etagen über Treppen verbunden sind. Einkaufen: Fleisch und Wurst haben wir super im Lidl (Metkovic) gekauft. Den Rest in Neum (Bosnien). Essen waren wir auch immer in Neum (bei Jopi), da in Neum die Kosten weit unter denen in Kroatien liegen. Der Weg zu unserem Strand am Haus fand ich ziemlich beschwerlich. Duba Strand fand ich auch nicht so gut weil man über große Steine ins Wasser muss. Delta Beach in Blace ist ein Sandstrand und man kann dort umsonst direkt am Strand parken-der Strand ist sehr leer und sehr flach. Allerdings gibt es dort keine Duschen oder Toiletten.

Familie Bozinovic hat auf uns gewartet und uns das Haus gezeigt, uns wurde alles von a-z genaustens erklärt und gezeigt. Das Objekt ist in einem super Zustand und es war alles vor Ort. Der Pool war sauber, es gab eine Sauna und eine riesige Rooftop Bar mit einem wunderschönen Grill. Herr Bozinovic stand uns immer zur Seite und war sehr interessiert , ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Es war wunderschön, ruhig gelegen und 2 Strände waren jeweils nur 3 min entfernt Wir kommen wieder. Puno vam hvala za sve. Vidimo se iduće godine.

10 herrliche Tage Familienurlaub mit 4 Junioren zwischen 26 und 21 Jahren in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Zoran und seine Familie sind herausragende Gastgeber, vom Check-in bis zur Verabschiedung waren sie für uns zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar und erreichbar, stets gute Ratgeber. Beim Empfang (wir hatten eine lange Autofahrt von Venedig hinter uns) beglückte uns vor allem auch der mit einer Grundausstattung gefüllte Kühlschrank, u.a. mit einem kühlen Bierchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: das frische Brot gibt es morgens am Ende der Serpentinenstrecke (Richtung Metkovic, Opuzen) ggü. der Tankstelle. Größere Einkäufe können in Opuzen (Tommy) oder Metkovic (u.a. Lidl, Konzum) erledigt werden. Abendessen: es gibt in Kroatien wohl kaum schönere Fleckchen als die Dachterrasse, ein Träumchen. Hatten fast täglich den gemauerten Grill im Einsatz. Wir waren einmal in Metkovic in Zorans Pizzeria, sehr leckere Pizzas, super Service. Objektbeschreibung: die Fotos, das Video und die verbale Beschreibung auf der FeWo-Seite entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Als 6-Personen-Gruppe haben wir die Größe des Hauses sehr genossen, Rückzugsorte (neben der großen Terrasse gibt es kleine Balkone, stets mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick) gibt es reichlich. Die Küche ist klasse, der Espresso aus dem Vollautomaten schmackhaft und der Kühlschrank ideal für eine größere Gruppe. Lage und Umgebung: einmalige Lage mit sagenhaftem Ausblick. Herrlicher Platz zum Entspannen und Kräfte sammeln. Wer das große Spektakel sucht, kommt hier nicht auf seine Kosten. Zum Schwimmen sind wir frühmorgens die 5 Minuten zum unterhalb des Objekts liegenden, kleinen Badestrand gegangen, der auch tagsüber nur von wenigen Besuchern genutzt wird. Mittags mal geschnorchelt und abends noch einmal ein Bad. Während des Tages waren wir mit unseren Büchern am Pool viel besser aufgehoben. Ausflüge: -Aufgrund der heißen Temperaturen waren wir "ausflugsfaul", der Trip nach Dubrovnik war sehr lohnenswert, allein die 70 km Küstenstrecke zählt in Europa mit Sicherheit zu den attraktivsten Straßen überhaupt. - Weingüter: in der näheren Umgebung mit Rizman und Winery Terra Madre zwei Güter. Auf TM blickt man direkt vom Objekt, wir haben es besichtigt, die Weißweine (Rotweine nicht verkostet) sind empfehlenswert. Fazit: 10 großartige, super erholsame Tage in einem wunderbaren Haus mit einer sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeberfamilie. Wir kommen wieder. Vielen Dank !

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Kaffeevollautomat, wenige Gehminuten zu einem kaum besuchten kleinen Kiesstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser, in 15 Minuten Sandstrand (Neretva) erreichbar. Extrem nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Leckeres Essen in Zorans Pizzeria! Genug Platz um mit zwei Familien einen entspannten Urlaub verbringen zu können!

Die Ankunft war wie geplant, der Vermieter hat bereits auf uns gewartet. Es gibt genügend Schlüssel für alle. Die 4 Schlafzimmer befinden sich in dem unteren Bereich, darüber die Küche mit Wohnzimmer und darüber die Dachterasse mit Kamin und Pizzaofen sowie einem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Über die Etage der Schlafzimmer gelangt man zum Pool und in das darunter gelegene Billardzimmer mit angrenzender Sauna. Die Aufteilung ist Super, jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Esstisch ist für 8 Personen ausgelegt und in der Küche gibt es noch eine kleine Bar. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Restaurant Milano des Vermieters, ca 20km entfernt.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, sofern man sich vor allem erholen und die ruhige Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht genießen möchte. Bis zur nächsten etwas größeren Ortschaft mit Supermarkt muss man dafür allerdings etwa 15-20 Minuten Autofahrt in Kauf nehmen. Wir haben uns (Familie mit 5 Kindern) sehr Wohl gefühlt und einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und betreibt eine Pizzeria in der oben besagten Ortschaft, die einen Besuch durchaus wert ist.

On our way from Munich to Dubrovnik we took a one week break at the beautiful bay of Kremena and lived in Zoran`s villa. The place is really incredible an clearly deserves a five stars review. Here is why: 1. Amazing view: Almost any room, balcony and terrace the house offers a beautiful view on the bay. We enjoyed this especially durch breakfast and dinner which we had on the roof terrace every day. 2. Size of the house: The villa is huge so everybody will find some privacy place when needed (we counted six bathrooms). 3. Kitchen equipment and BBQ: Especially the kitchen is equipped really well. We did not miss a single tool. 4. The beach: Every morning and evening we had a swim on our more or less private beach which is just a three minutes walk downhill from the house. The water was incredibly clear. Later we found out that there is a even nicer beach (Duba Beach) close to the place. 5. The owners: Last but not least I have to mention the perfect service of the hosts. They were always available, super friendly and even invited us to there restaurant in Metkovic (20 Minutes ride). We plan to come back and clearly recommend the place to people who want to spend onoe or several weeks of vacation in this beautiful region of Dalmatia.

Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet. Top Lage mitten an einer Bucht. Ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Alles lief unkompliziert ab und er war sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen vor Ort. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.
