About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home in Vancouver! Sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, an option for 1 extra double bed) and includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining place, a kitchen, a bathroom. In summer, you are welcome to the garden and a patio.
We are located in a 12 min walk from the skytrain (or 4 min by bus), which will take you Downtown in 17 min. 20 min by car from the airport.
Groceries, restaurants, a big rainforest park is a walk away. Our house is on a beautiful, quiet street, yet only minutes away from all the amenities.
Your space is completely private.
Self check in. Late check in is ok. Washer /dryer included. Small pet ok (with a pet fee) Free street parking. We recycle plastics, glass, carton and try to be economical with energy.
Note: you might hear steps from above. Our family of three responsible adults lives upstairs, and you are on the lower, above ground floor.
When booking, please let us know at which time you are planning to arrive.

The suite was incredibly quiet, clean and felt like home. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to all amenities. We greatly appreciated the quiet and our pup Pablo felt right at home.

The host was wonderful and the space was very clean. During the winter the space can be a little dark and cold which is to be expected in a basement with homes on either side but a space heater and lots of cozy blankets are available. I expect it would be refreshingly cool in the hotter summer months. It was a quiet neighborhood with a very short walk to Safeway and most of the restaurants in the area are Asia food. We rented the space for 6 weeks and would stay there again.

This was a repeat stay for us. We came back because we liked it, the host is lovely to deal with and it’s the perfect location from which to visit our granddaughter!
