The villa has an independent entrance with internal private parking. It consists of two triple bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a large living room and a large illuminated terrace equipped with deck chairs / sitting room and covered dining area with barbecue; it is also equipped with air conditioning in every room, wi-fi connection, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, cot and hairdryer.
It is located a few km (3) from Porto Empedocle where there are supermarkets, newsagents, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies and shops and is a few km (8) from Agrigento, city of the famous Valley of the Temples.

Beautiful beach location! Wish we would have stayed longer, host was very responsive, house was clean, and steps from a nice sandy beach. Definitely would stay here again!

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated and very clean. The porcelain tiles throughout were so beautiful! We spent most of our time on the very large balcony with lots of comfortable chairs which had a wonderful view of the beach. We are two retired couples who love to travel. This was one of the best places we have stayed. There were lovely pastries to welcome us. Unfortunately we were only there a couple of nights - we wish it had been a week. It was very quiet at night too. There were chairs for the lovely safe beach and even a kayak. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and even laundry. Private Parking was a real bonus as well. Mikki was totally awesome! He helped us find the home when we got lost. He took us to the grocery store and booked two lovely dinners out for us. We greatly enjoyed the Valley of the Temples and the apartment was the perfect place to come to after a busy day. Thank you Mikki
