Die gute Lage, geräumig

Fantastic location right in the beach with you own private parking. We could sleep with the sound of waves from the sea. For 2 this place is too large and a bit expensive but if you have use for the 2 bedrooms it is perfect. The basement has direct access to the beach and we even cooked dinner on the wood fire in the provided BBQ. The walk to Scala dei Turchi takes about 20 minutes and is very nice. It is worth to reserve your spot for 5 euros online, shooting for the sunset hours. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get to the Temples parking, depending on traffic. We also spend a few hours visiting Agrigento, and found the city has little charm so I would skip it if short in time. There are too many charming villages/cities in Sicily to visit to choose from! There is a large Lidl market about 5 km away so you can get anything you need to cook and enjoy the place and eat looking at the sea.

The kitchen could use a bit of renovation but it is fully equipped

Famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, nous avons tout beaucoup aimé. D’abord la localisation : le logement donne directement sur une plage. Cette plage est publique, mais est en fait en retrait d’une ‘vraie’ plage publique (parasols payants, restos, etc.). Il y a un peu de monde le week-end, mais cela semble très calme en semaine, alors que les conditions sont excellentes (eau propre et chaude, sable fin, peu de profondeur pour les enfants, possibilité de faire un peu de snorkeling dans une petite zone rocailleuse / ‘forêt d’algues’ très vivante). En bonus, l’escalier des Turcs est à environ 15 minutes à pied par la plage. Ensuite, l’appartement lui-même était top. Grand volume et immense terrasse, équipement en très bon état (y compris la Clim) et décoration très sympa. On serait volontiers resté plus longtemps, juste pour profiter de l’appart. Enfin, le couple qui nous a reçus était aussi très sympa, disponible et arrangeant. Petite remarque : l’endroit est clairement pensé pour des personnes en voiture, avec une place de parc bien abritée dans une cour donnant sur la route. On peut imaginer que ce serait un peu plus compliqué en transports publics, notamment pour l’accès aux magasins.

Das schöne Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand. Von der großen Terrasse, vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hat man eine traumhafte Sicht auf das Meer. Durch den Keller gelangt man direkt an den langen Strand. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, sogar ein kleines Kanu konnten wir nutzen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Mit dem Auto ist das Tal der Tempel und ein Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Scala Dei Turchi kann man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erkunden. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
