This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Turtle Point Villa boasts a prime location on Kiawah Island overlooking the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course. The beach is a short five minute walk away with access from a path from your private deck!
This first floor end unit villa in Turtle Beach is flooded with natural light from the south and west. The living and dining areas, kitchen and sunroom are all bright and open with gorgeous golf course views. The “beachy chic” living room has comfortable, upscale furnishings, a mounted flat screen TV and glass doors leading to the open deck. An enclosed sun porch bright with sunlight is located off the dining area with a desk, a TV, and a loveseat.
The large deck, overlooking the fairway of Turtle Point’s 17th fairway, is a great spot to relax after a day on the beach. The teak steamer chairs lie flat to become comfortable loungers, perfect for napping in the shaded area of the deck or listening to the sound of the ocean.
4973 Turtle Point Villas comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The peaceful master bedroom offers a king bed with flat screen TV and private bath with walk in shower. The guest room offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV and private bath which can be accessed via bedroom or hallway. Newly updated in 2018, both bathrooms have quartz white marble countertops, marble tiling and gleaming new fixtures. This has a fantastic location. You’re super close to the beach and you can easily walk. Plenty of parking and the host is communicative. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and dishes but nothing else to use for cooking so just be aware of that you need to bring salt, pepper, sugar, oil, everything sometimes on VRBO there are things that you can use, but here there is nothing. The beds are comfortable and the Furniture is nice. There is a very strong smell of cleaning fluid. We had to open the windows. I think there were some beach chairs there, but they were very old and rusty. You also need to bring beach towels. So overall great location if you are prepared with your own supplies, they have bath towels, sheets, blankets, and a great location.
