About this cabin rental

Come for a get away at Papa’s Place!!! This newly remodeled cabin sits on a quiet, private lake, with a large main floor, master bedroom, and a loft with a pair of twin beds. You will find a fully furnished kitchen, brand new appliances, and spacious dining area. A great place for relaxing, you can take a ride around the lake in a paddle boat, fish off of the dock, or have some S’mores around the campfire. Enjoy the sunrise over the lake while sitting next to a cozy fireplace in the cold months, or from the deck in the warm months. Crank up the AC if you need to cool off! Located just off of I-75, and situated between Sault Ste. Marie and St. Ignace, it is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy all that the Upper Peninsula has to offer. Just over 1 mile from the Chippewa County Airport, and only a 15 mile drive from the Soo Locks. For the winter months, it is conveniently located within a hundred yards of some of the best snowmobiling trails in the Eastern Upper Peninsula!

We had a wonderful stay at Papa's Cabin. It was very clean & comfortable.. A beautiful little lake watching the wildlife made our stay enjoyable. Vanessa was easy to contact when we had a question. We'd definitely stay here again!

Had a great time! If you were looking for a cabin, that is clean comfortable and a decent location on a beautiful lake to have a good upper Peninsula experience highly recommend papa’s place great place!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Papa's Place. The cabin was even better in person, it is so charming and beautiful! We loved being right on the lake . We hope to be back again!
