Consider this house your Island Getaway in the Great Northern UP, located on Neebish Island/Barbeau. This Cozy House sits on 20 Acres with an abundance of Mature Trees and Wild Life. Almost Every morning and evening you will see Deer in the Front Yard Grazing the Yard. Inside you’ll have 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and one with an Antique Clawfoot Tub that will take away any stress, and essential amenities like New Stainless Steel Appliances, washing and dryer machine, WiFi, Central AC, and heating. You also will get to Cozy Up to Outdoor Fire Pit(Firewood provided for a small fee), A large Gas Grill(Gas Provided). Let’s talk about how you will be staying on an Island that’s located on The St. Mary’s River Shipping Channel! The International and Great Lakes Freighters that come thru on Each side of the Island, lots of Freighter watching heading to and from the Soo Locks, getting to hear and see the Freighters Salute, 1/4 Mile from the Boat Launch (Bring your Boat) and Island Park to View Freighter Traffic,the Abundance of Wild Life, Nature and Fishing! We found this property very enjoyable and warm and welcoming. A category for senior adults needs to be added as there are more elderly individuals that travel a great deal. With that said, I feel that there should be ADA compliant and bars should be standard in all Air B& B units. Also if unit is on an upper level the renter should be aware of steps and elevators
