Absolutely love the location the room was clean with the air cranked up which was great. I didn’t realize that there was not a kitchen but made it work. Kids loved it will be back for sure

To start I did not pay attention to their open days to float but communication with Doug was on point. He took care of my mistakes and questions immediately. 4 stars on cleanliness was just because I feel like spider webs on deck porch could have been cleaned up a little before guest arrived. I did have to ask for my check in information the day of arrival because it was never sent but like I said above Doug responded and took care of it immediately. We have always rented mama bears cabin and it’s perfectly comfortable for my family of 4.
It’s just a great place to relax and have fun no matter the age!

The staff were amazingly helpful, made us feel very welcomed, and any questions we had, they had answers. Such a beautiful place!!!
