Charleston Manor is a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom vacation home located in The Manor at West Haven.
Updated with new flatscreens, new mattresses, new flooring! With Walt Disney World only 7 miles away, you will be on the doorstep for a most memorable holiday. Sea World, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove are only a short drive east on the I-4. With the Atlantic and Gulf coasts to visit, the 60-70 minute drive is well worth seeing Kennedy Space Centre or St. Pete's Beach.This ideally located property is on one of the highest points in the area, and on a clear day you can see Disney from the on-site tennis courts.
The property includes a 30x15 ft swimming pool, 7 ft spa and covered lanai area. The pool, spa and decking area are screen-enclosed. The lanai offers shade from the strong midday sun with pool loungers, recliners and foot stools, chairs and a table – ideal for al fresco dining. The pool is not overlooked from the back or right side as there is a fence and there are bushes on the left side.
The home has air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms. The first master suite has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV, digital alarm/clock/radio and telephone. Adjoined is an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity basins, walk-in shower, and roman tub. Patio doors lead out onto the pool patio. The second master suite has a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV and digital alarm/clock/radio, patio doors lead directly onto the pool deck. Adjoined is an en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, and walk-in shower. The twin bedrooms have TVs and share a third bathroom, which also leads directly onto the pool area to allow access to the bathroom.
The tiled lounge area is equipped with a 32“ television with cable, a DVD player, PS2 and music system.
The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and steamer. There is a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a breakfast nook area with table and four chairs.
There is a formal dining area with seating for 8.
The garage has been converted to a family games room with 8ft pool table, 7ft air-hockey table, foosball and ice hockey table game.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

I will start by saying we LOVED the house. The property, the neighborhood, the location, and the house were all wonderful. We really enjoyed the triple sliding door out to the pool area and the larger back yard. The yard and pool had sun almost all day, which was really nice. We also really liked that there was access to the bathroom from the pool area, so you did not have to track water through the entire house to use the bathroom. Our BIG complaint has to do with the pool/spa. We arrived Friday evening to our house. I knew my kids would want to swim, so I had contacted the rental company on Wednesday before we checked in to ensure that the pool heat would be turned on. I was assured that it would be. We arrived Friday to a freezing pool and spa.
Long story short, after several calls to the rental company and 2 visits from the pool cleaners, the pool never functioned correctly in our 10 day stay. When the pool cleaners tested the water temp on Wednesday it was 70 degrees. That does not sound like a heated pool to me. The spa was warm 2 evenings of our stay, and NEVER got warm again. It was colder than the pool. The pool cleaners cleaned the filter Wednesday, which seemed to help for a few hours with water circulation and they had to chlorinate the pool because when they tested it there was NO chlorine in it. The pool cleaners came back again Friday and had to clean the filter again and chlorinate the pool again. There is obviously something not working correctly, but nobody wanted to admit that. The pool warmed up a little, but never got near the 85 degree mark where it was supposed to be. The spa never worked correctly. There is no reason the water in the spa should be colder than the pool. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat if not for the pool issues. When the rental company says FREE POOL HEAT, they mean it! Free for you and free for them!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was clean and tidy. Only had one hiccup with the door code, which the property management quickly sorted out. If you do rent this house when you put in your door code, hit the * after the numbers. Great location, very quiet, far enough away from everything but not too far.

We were not satisfied with this rental experience as we've been with others. We where not able to get into the gate because we didn't have a code. Also we couldn't enter the residence because the code we had didn't work. It took several phone calls before we received the right code. We wanted to enjoy the pool the first evening we arrived, however the pool was not clean. Again after several phone calls, someone came out the next morning and took care of the cleaning. There should be a listing of additional charges for spa heating and grill use on the amenities listing not just on the rental agreement. This can help people to decide if this is the best rental for their needs. You've already paid for the rental before you get the agreement, That states additional charges which can be over looked. The beds had good mattresses. The comforters could stand replacement with new ones. The rental overall was not bad, it just could have been better
