Recently newly decorated throughout, this excellent large open plan 4 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home is located in "The Manor at Westhaven" - a well-established gated up-market community just off Ronald Reagan Parkway in Davenport and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The very spacious 14' x 30' pool and in-ground spa face south-west .
The large covered lanai is perfect for entertaining and has access to a pool bathroom for easy use when swimming or sunbathing.
After a long day exploring and enjoying what the Orlando area has to offer - it is here you can retreat to and relax and entertain whilst admiring stunning sunsets.
The two generous master suites, both with large ensuite bathrooms, have direct access to the lanai and pool.
These are complemented by another double bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as twin room. The bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind with TV's in all of them.
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining breakfast area, as well as contemporary styled dining area which comfortably accommodates eight people.
If you fancy a game of pool, football or air-hockey the gamesroom is here for your enjoyment!
This villa provides everything you would need for a vacation – it will be hard to leave once your holiday is over!

Overall the place is decent there was just a few things that were not up to par. One of which was the fridge, did not cool properly. Then another was brought which also had issues. The AC could not be under 72 and the house needed to be cooler. We should not be asked to wash the linen before exit (we are on vacation for a reason). TV's need to be updated because we needed to buy an adaptor. Also the tv in the main master room should be placed in a better area. Too expensive to have the pool heated. The house needs pest control there were roaches(gross).
