Family-friendly holiday residence near the North Sea! You will be staying in the Duhnen district, on the edge of the nature reserve and not far from the water. After an eventful day at the beach, enjoy the sauna in the neighboring Medemsand house (50 meters away) for a relaxing evening. From here, you can quickly reach the center of Cuxhaven-Duhnen and the Ahoi water park on foot. Highlights included: Indoor pool and sauna in the neighboring house, all consumption-based energy costs, final cleaning. Activities in the area: Cuxhaven offers a wide variety of leisure activities. Both young and old will find the right activity here. The port city is known for its fine, natural sandy beaches and invites you to search for shells, build sandcastles, or simply lie in the sun. In bad weather, the Ahoi water park offers tide-independent swimming fun. Cuxhaven offers many leisure activities: Visit the "Alte Liebe" viewing point, the fish market at the old fishing harbor, or the Kugelbake, Cuxhaven's landmark. Hike through the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park, one of the last remaining natural landscapes in Europe to be declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
