The village of Lantsch/Lenz has a training ski lift, a natural ice rink and a cross-country ski trail that stretches as far as Parpan. The children's playground is only 150 metres from the flat.
The holiday flat is only 5 minutes by car from the centre of the destination Lenzerheide. The centre offers a wide range of activities, such as skiing, snowboarding, sledging, ice sports, tobogganing, hiking, walking, biathlon, golf, biking, water sports and wellness.
