The apt was very comfortable with a nice king bed with comfortable mattress and pillows. It was very clean and close to Resturants and Riverfront. The kitchen needed some dishes and silverware. It wasn’t a full kitchen but with dishes you could have had dessert or snacks. The refrigerator was a wine cooler not conducive for large items. The main problem was the noise from across the hall. The tenant played loud music all day and most of the night. The building was old and had a musky smell when you entered the hallway. The stairs leading up to the apartment could be a problem for older people. For a short stay the location is perfect and with a few more dishes and flatware it would be rated higher. Not sure what can be done about the noise.
