Perfect for families or fishing trips, this serene getaway offers modern comforts with a rustic charm. Step inside to a warm, inviting atmosphere with all-wood paneling and a cozy stone gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings.
Enjoy two porches that run the length of the home, including a dreamy, fully screened-in porch that serves as an outdoor living room. Complete with a bed swing, comfortable seating, and a TV, it's the ideal spot to unwind. For our younger guests, we provide a selection of children's books and toys.

Guest Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, the surrounding property, and all its amenities, including the private boat dock. Make yourselves completely at home!
Please note that the master bedroom closet and a hallway closet are locked for owner storage. For your convenience, a dresser in the master bedroom provides plenty of storage space, and the queen bedroom has a closet available for guest use.
Interaction with Guests
We offer a flexible self check-in process to make your arrival smooth and easy. We value your privacy and will give you your space, but we are always available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

• Seasonal Water: Our location has summer water levels from approximately mid-April to mid-October. For the most current information, please check the Chickamauga Lake website for water levels.
• Connectivity: The cabin is equipped with high-speed WiFi to keep you connected for work or streaming.
• Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use.
• Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are in place monitoring the perimeter of the home.
• The towels we provide are for inside use only. Please bring your beach towels for outside activities.
• Pet Policy: We love hosting your furry friends! For guests bringing pets, please ensure you include the number of pets when you make your reservation. A $50 pet fee will be automatically added to your booking. This fee covers the additional cleaning required to ensure the home is pristine for all future guests, including those with allergies. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Pets must be potty trained, and waste should be disposed of properly.

Relaxing family getaway. We loved kayaking, the fire pit and relaxing on the front porch. All of the added board games were a great touch. The accommodations and communication were easy! Be sure to put it in your GPS before you get to no service.

The cabin was great- could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. The lake was nice so we could fish some. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and there wasn’t much closet space, but overall it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

The cabin was actually a little bigger than we expected. We enjoyed that it was located in a rural quiet area and were pleasantly surprised to find kayaks to explore the backwater areas of the river.

There was dog hair on bedding. The picture was misleading. Houses were to close instead of private. Water was dried up.
