This house has a large kitchen that is well appointed with plenty of room for multiple cooks at the same time. The home is located just across the street from beach access and has great views of the ocean from the top deck.It would have been nice to have a few more deck chairs on the decks so that more from our party could enjoy the ocean views. As well, the light fixtures and fans need a good dusting. The fan in the mid level twin bed room was very noisy and rocked a lot. It needs some attention. Also, the couches in the main living room should be replaced. The springs have given out on them and one sinks down quite low when sitting on them.

This is a great house but the issues we did experience were sent in by email and through the hospitality app like we were told too. The fix it forms we filled out and emails sent were not responded to until the Friday before we left. Guess the house will be in better shape for the next guests!
