You’re just a short walk to Old Town Cottonwood, where you can enjoy amazing restaurants, shops, and wine-tasting rooms. Sedona’s red rocks are only 20 minutes away, and Jerome is just 5 miles from the house.

The house provides such a great experience! The home(s) are spacious and so well done; it's adorable!
It's super walkable to all that Cottonwood has to offer.
The property managers are also super approachable and make sure the experience was smooth and very easy to contact. Check in & check out was incredibly pain free as well.
We'll stay again for sure!

Owners were fantastic to work with. Home is completely remodeled. Has lots of extra amenities. Home is on busier street, but being a small town, not a lot of traffic or noise. the town of Cottonwood is a small, genuine place. Overall, we would highly recommend this home. Thanks Kristen & Glen !

The property was spotless! If I were to improve anything it would be the condition of concrete to sidewalk.
