Magnificent detached house with garden and covered terrace with barbecue area, situated in a quiet location on the heights of Verbania (670m). Wonderful lake view.
The large terraced garden, with its splendid porch equipped with a barbecue area and several seating areas, is ideal for spending time outdoors with friends. The property, equipped with a large garage and a couple of parking spaces, is ideal for a family holiday. The above-ground pool on the terrace will cool your summer days. Given the altitude, the climate is pleasantly cool in summer.

1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, single balcony overlooked by the three bedrooms;
2nd floor: kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to the covered terrace with a barbecue area.
Sleeping places: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed.
Location: The property is located about 7 km from the centre of Verbania, in a dreamlike hillside, very sunny and quiet position with a fantastic view of the lake and the Borromean Islands. Excellent starting point for hikes in the cool woods of the Verbania hills and in the Val Grande National Park.
