In our lovingly newly furnished and fully equipped apartment you sleep comfortably in high quality box spring beds. Centrally located, it offers the ideal base for your stay in Berlin. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to us. In just a few stops you can reach the most famous sights such. The Messe Berlin, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, the KaDeWe, the Kurfürstendamm ...

The 110 m² apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms and kitchen with inviting dining area / living area and HD TV with international HD channels on 50 "flat screen. WLAN / Wifi is available free of charge.

The building was completed in 2017 according to the latest standards and has u. a. via an elevator and large balcony to the quiet courtyard. The apartment is located in 1. OG.

The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality King Size boxspring double beds and wardrobes. On request, we can make the two sofa beds for 2 persons and creche travel (60x120 cm) and children's high chairs available. Please contact us before you travel.

In the new bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink we provide our guests with towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge & freezer, ceramic hob & oven, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and a variety of little things and extras ...

The apartment offers the ideal starting point for your stay in Berlin. In just a few stops you can reach the most famous sights such. For example, the Charlottenburg Palace, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie / Friedrichstrasse, the Eastside Gallery, the Zoo Berlin, the KaDeWe, the Kurfürstendamm, the Messe Berlin ....

Numerous shops, supermarkets (also organic), bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bar only 100 meters away.

A big Berlin wall map is for your orientation in the apartment. Smaller folding maps with markings of tourist attractions, U- & S-Bahn network and sights we provide for our guests to take along.

For short-term stays of up to 21 days: Since the beginning of 2014, the Berlin Senate has collected the so-called City tax for private nights i. H. V. 5% of the pure overnight stay price (excluding service charges) up to a stay of max. 21 days. This City Tax is to be paid by the guest upon arrival separately in cash. Long-term rentals and verifiable business travel are excluded.


Check-in and check-out times are flexible upon request and subject to availability. The arrival time we guarantee from 14 clock - if available, gladly earlier. On the day of departure the apartment is available until 10 o'clock.

Clean, spacious, organized apartment with very comfortable amenities for travelers. Located in beautiful Charlottenburg, a neighborhood suburb close to Berlin (30 minute train ride to Alexanderplatz) with U Bahn access 2 blocks away. Restaurants, markets, parks everywhere within walking distance. Neighborhood feels safe and clean. Owners are responsive, flexible and do what they can to make your traveling experience a delight. Highly recommend any of their properties.

Our group of eight friends spent eight nights in this apartment. It has everything you need. It was immaculate when we arrived, crisp white linens on the comfortable beds. A well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, clothes washer, ironing board and iron. The bathrooms were spotless with hairdryers. The location is ideal it is within short walking distance to 2 Ubahn stations. There are many Restaurants and shops close by. The apartment worked very well for our group, we were all attending a conference at the nearby City Cube (about 20 min walk away). There is a large dining table, with a bench and chairs around it, this is the only central gathering area in the apartment, there is no living room. Nina, was very helpful and quick to respond.

Great neighborhood to stay in away from the hustle and bustle of tourist sites, yet easy access to public transportation which takes you everywhere! Bright, clean and spacious apartment with convenience of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. The owners were extremely helpful and responded to our questions and concerns in a timely matter. There is some construction being done on the building, which had little effect on the unit we rented, however the elevator was not functional because of it.
