Newly renovated 2 rooms about 45 sqm apartment in beach house style with sea views and south-facing balcony. Modern equipped with kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle).
Very quiet. The property is located directly on the sea. A private beach path leads through the dune to the white sandy beach. The Föhrer 27 hole golf course is about 500 meters from the apartment and the sports airfield with the popular airfield restaurant is 200 meters away. 300m to Lipsi Beach Club and 850m to Schapers Beach Bistro.
